We are looking for a senior business analyst ready to share and grow
With a solid understanding of the technical user experience you will be a part of a team, located in Roskilde and Warsaw, which have the responsibility for developing applications in the Mortgage area.
As a business analyst in BEC, you will be helping to build bridges between IT and the business. Your main duties will be to work on elucidating and engineering business needs, bridging gaps in understanding of requirements and - in cooperation with the product owner - translating it into smaller, workable chunks of work. You will talk to multiple stakeholders on different organizational levels to make sure that solutions are acceptable, optimal and bringing value.
The team consist of software engineers, business analyst and testers and is a part of the Advisory Journeys domain where Mortgage value stream is a part of.
You will be based in Roskilde as part of the Mortgage 2 team in BEC’s Advisory Journeys domain. Even though you will be placed in Mortgage 2, you will also work across the 4 Mortgage teams.
All 4 Mortgage teams are responsible for developing the future Mortgage solution for BEC’s banks. It is used on Totalkredit’s new Mortgage Universe and provides a first-class solution for bank advisors when handling mortgage solutions for customers.
All teams are organized as feature teams and we have chosen to work in an agile setup inspired by the SAFe agile framework for planning.
As a feature team, the team is responsible for the whole software delivery journey from requirements to implementation in production.
The teams are responsible for developing new case types (such as supplementary loans, e-Redemption, Change of Ownership etc.) as well as the integration to the Land registration service in Denmark (Tinglysningsløsningen hos Domstolsstyrelsen).
All 4 Mortgage teams are a split between Denmark & Poland. In Mortgage 2 you will have11 passionate colleagues - 6 in Poland and 5 in Denmark.
Primary task and responsibilities

Preferably, you have an educational background at master level or a similar bank related education. You are an experienced business analyst, who like to get deep into a the business domain and have already experience working with the Mortgage area.

- Be a key part in defining the Danish Mortgage Platform
- Cooperation and communication with all stakeholders, like product owners and customers
- Cooperation with developers on a daily basis to provide detailed understanding of requirements
- Define and refine user stories in cooperation with the customers and the product owner
- Drive the requirement management process, for example facilitate workshops with the customers
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Define and complete implementation activities for our customers
- Support customers when they report incidents or ask questions
- Inform and communicate with the customers with a service-minded approach
