About the department
Sourcing QA is responsible for Quality Assurance of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials going into all of Novo Nordisk A/S Products. We are responsible for Quality Assurance of inbound processes in Sourcing Operation as well as our suppliers who are located all over the world. A combination of ensuring the high standard of the incoming materials, and involvement in investigations into quality issues by the use of LEAN tools is part of our daily work to improve and secure robustness in our internal processes. In total, we are 58 dedicated employees divided into 5 teams working closely together.

You can look forward to becoming part of a dynamic and well-functioning team consisting of 8 laboratory technicians. The team is responsible for status assignment of incoming raw, printed and primary packaging materials, approval of master data and specifications in LIMS.

The job
As QA professional in our release team you will, together with your dedicated colleagues, be responsible for status assignment of incoming materials by using IT systems GlobalLIMS, SAP and PRISM. In addition to our key tasks within status assignment you can look forward to have more competences added as you grow.

Besides to status assignment you will be responsible for handling change request and write deviations on behalf of the team. Furthermore, you will present batch release and processes at inspections and you will have the opportunity to influence our internal processes with optimization and improvement by using cLEAN tools. Also, you should be comfortable working in a changing work environment.

Qualifications
You hold a master´s degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, engineering or similar and preferable you have 2-3 years of good knowledge of GMP rules and Quality Assurance from the pharmaceutical industry. You could also be newly graduated, - most important is that you possess a strong quality mind-set and it will be an advantage if you have good IT skills and knowledge with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

On a personal level, you are enthusiastic, able to work independently and have excellent cooperation and communication skills. You are responsible, flexible, and have the courage and urge to engage in new assignments and stick to them until the job is finished. A positive mindset will suit our working environment where a good laugh is appreciated even when things are getting hectic.

We are determined to continually improve our work and it is therefore important that you focus on seeing opportunities, creating good results and take on a proactive approach to ensure the achievement of these. Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English is expected.
