As Finance Business Partner, you will support the organization in delivering on the LEO2030 strategy, where a key parameter is to enhance overall profitability of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring strong financial control and transparency in financial performance.
Key tasks in the job includes:
You will report to the Finance Director of R&D, GT&VS (Global Therapeutic & Value Strategy) and Support Finance.
The right candidate will be part of an ambitious, globally oriented team who strives on delivering world class Finance Partnering to senior management. Our department is anchored in Ballerup and consists of ~8 employees and is part of the Global Finance function in LEO Pharma.

The job
As Finance Business Partner, you will support the organization in delivering on the LEO2030 strategy, where a key parameter is to enhance overall profitability of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring strong financial control and transparency in financial performance.
Key tasks in the job includes:
- Acting as Finance Business Partner and financial advisor to senior management
- Drive and facilitate financial planning across areas
- Validate and add insights to the financial performance
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and proactive share your own recommendations
- Improve internal finance processes to support an ongoing transformation
You will report to the Finance Director of R&D, GT&VS (Global Therapeutic & Value Strategy) and Support Finance.
Your qualifications
- You have up to 3 years’ experience or recently graduated with a Master Degree in Finance, International Business, Economy or equivalent.
- You are a fast learner with a solution-oriented mind-set and seen as a team player with a positive attitude towards your job and colleagues.
- You see yourself as an executer who gets the job done on time without compromising the quality in your deliverables. Furthermore, you enjoy working in an informal atmosphere where flexibility and responsibility goes hand in hand.
- You have strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English is expected.
