Be commercially responsible for developing advanced Combat Management Systems for the Danish Navy
In close collaboration with the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for Sales of Customer Specific Combat Management Solutions and projects in the Mission Solutions Business Unit, managing your own portfolio of prospects, primarily towards the Danish Navy.
You will be working with identifying and generating business opportunities, through project scoping and proposals to negotiating contracts. A positive, energetic and winning attitude is critical to succeed in this job as well as strong business acumen as you will have many touch points across the organization.

You will be part of a dedicated team of 3 people working with larger defence projects that provides an environment for personal development.

How to succeed in this position?
Ideally you have experience from the Navy or other branches of the defence and a combination of commercial and technical knowledge that makes you able to work with customer requirements and drive the sales process from start to end. You have a relevant bachelor or master education within business or engineering; however, we value relevant experience over any specific educational background.
As a person, you are service minded and like interacting with customers and you understand the necessity of coordination and follow-up to ensure that the activities are moving in the right direction and the customers are satisfied. In addition, you are a great communicator who can visualize and explain your input to people from different technical and cultural backgrounds. The job requires, that you are fluent in both Danish and English

- Arrange and execute customer meetings
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals and negotiate contracts
- Support development of sales materials and marketing campaigns
