1. A PhD in life sciences or a related field (or equivalent experience) with an enviable practical experience in data governance and ontologies (building, enriching, and deploying).
2. Working knowledge of (pharma) data standards.
3. Three (3) or so years’ experience in managing people.

You’ll be expected to
- Lead a team of 5-8 specialists.
- Coach and mentor, your team while at the same time learning and keeping abreast of the latest technologies in the field.
- Be an active sparring partner to your team members to help make strategic decisions.
