Our mission in Oral Finished Products (OFP) is to be the first on the market to deliver protein-based tablet. About the department
OFP is part of Product Supply (production) with more than 14.000 employees globally, we are growing and currently we have 400 engaged colleagues in Måløv. We have great ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new product successfully on the market.
OFP Manufacturing Development consists of app. 100 employees divided into six teams.
The goal is to produce GLP-tablets to the current clinical phase 3 studies as well as developing and upscaling the production process to new products and factories. The team, that you will be part of, is responsible for Facility support handling environment and cleaning, including qualification of equipment and pilot production in a GMP environment.
The position
You can expect varying tasks and that your working day will include practical work in facility as well as documentary work with input and sparring due to your cross functional role between production, the support team and maintenance.
Among other tasks, you will:
• ensure that our environment, facility cleaning and cleaning are compliant with authorities
• contribute with data handling in Production Environmental Monitoring System
• manage data analysis, deviations, trend reports, cleaning validation, verification and procedures
• ensure that the facilities are audit ready
Furthermore, you will also be part of projects across facilities in OFP site Måløv.
You will also play a central role in assessing potential new initiatives, as well as communicating and implementing improvements.
Qualifications
As a Cleaning and Environmental Professional, you will have a great opportunity to come up with improvement proposals in relation to processes and contribute to the start-up of new production facilities and many of your skills will come into play in this job.
In order to succeed in this role, you:
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical process engineering, or similar
• Have a solid scientific background and LEAN methods come natural to you
• Gained experience in the pharma industry
• Have GMP knowledge and flair for documenting in compliance with rules and guidelines
• Full professional English and Danish proficiency (verbal and written)
If you don't have experience but posses the right education we might consider you as a Trainee; in this position you will work closely with an experienced prosfessional that will guide you through the fundamentals of the job for around a year.
As a person you have an analytical approach in terms of your tasks, being thorough and figuring out the best solution showing adaptability. Your good communication skills enable you to have a strong cooperation with stakeholders across the organization.
Also, you have a good sense of humour and take responsibility of your tasks by being initiative, flexible and self-independent. You have a mindset believing that we are stronger together within a team and across the organisation.
