Job Title: Competency Development Professional
Location: Clinical Operations Office, Clinical Drug Development, Søborg
Are you experienced within Clinical Operation and do you like process related tasks? Then we might be looking for you!
We are looking for a colleague to join our great team in a newly established position.
The position offers an opportunity to be involved in process related tasks across our global clinical organisation. You will ensure that we are up to date with our compliance related tasks, and you will act as main point of contact to various stakeholders across our global organisation.
The position
In this position you will be the coordinator and system expert supporting colleagues with reporting of clinical deviations. You will be facilitating the documentation of any change requests relevant for the clinical organisation. Furthermore, you will also be involved in documentation of relevant actions taking as part of any process related audit follow up.
You might also be involved in our global SOP learning management system, where we are responsible for maintaining role specific curricula for our global trial management organisation.
You will be part of a dynamic organisation, where you are expected to take ownership and responsibility for the process related activities.
Qualifications
As a person, you are positive, proactive, curious, full of good ideas with a can-do attitude.
You are a team player, and you thrive working across departments in an international organisation. You can easily network and work seamlessly with people from other skill types and cultures.
About the department
The position is based in the Clinical Operations Office within the Clinical Operations Centre of Expertise. We are a team of 16 dedicated colleagues working globally to facilitate process optimisation and competency building of our colleagues working with our product development projects.

Qualifications

- You have a bachelor/master in Natural science or similar and a strong command of written and spoken English.
- You have experience from working with trial management either from local, regional, or global positions.
- Ideally, you have experience working with process related tasks or you have a desire to engage in such tasks.
- You are experienced working within Office 365, and you have a genuine interest in working with different IT systems.
You are a team player, and you thrive working across departments in an international organisation. You can easily network and work seamlessly with people from other skill types and cultures.
