You have the skills, ambitions and technical insights to lead a newly established technical team supporting our up-to-date analytical laboratories in Måløv. The Position You will lead an expanding team of currently 11 scientists and technicians, who are responsible for various technical support functions. This presently includes planning and reporting of stability studies as well as qualification and maintenance of chromatographic equipment. Furthermore, the team works across laboratory IT platforms, such as Empower and LIMS, to support and optimize operation in our laboratories. We want to further digitalize our processes and support our major automation initiatives in operation. You will develop the team to meet these aspirations. You perform as an inspiring, coaching and motivating leader, while balancing your stakeholder interactions in a complex and dynamic organisation. On a daily basis, you lead, direct and empower your employees and make sure we succeed as one organization. As such, the job involves both operational and strategic leadership. You will report to the Director and be member of an experienced management team. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: Have academic background within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar. Have experience from the pharmaceutical industry working with GMP, preferably within the field of analysis or another technical field. Have technical flair and experience with digital transformation or automation of manual processes. Experience with agile teams or sprints in this setting will be a plus. Are motivated by driving change and improvements, and you have a high level of drive, initiative, persistence and are result-oriented You enjoy working with people, have excellent people skills and are always looking for ways to improve and develop your leadership talent. You inspire and energise your surroundings, set ambitious goals and generally lead with empathy as a behavioural role-model. About the Department In CMC Oral Analytical Development, we are about 60 scientists, specialists and technicians organised in four teams. We are responsible for development and validation of analytical methods. Furthermore, we support development of oral protein products for preclinical and clinical trials. We have a strong focus on doing things smarter at all levels. Therefore, continuous improvements, digitalization and automation are high on the agenda.
