The Senior Organisational Change Manager (OCM), will become a critical member of the IT & Automation team for AP Expansions, belonging to the PMO team (program management office) for IT & Automation. In the PMO team we are dedicated and accountable for all project management areas, be it planning, risk management, cost estimates, stakeholder engagement etc. for the IT & automation activities, which have dependencies to other program tracks, but also to our different sites. As the Senior Organisational Change Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand the impact of changes brought by the IT & automation solutions on the organization and its people, and to develop and implement strategies to ensure successful adoption and realization of benefits. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training and communication materials, as well as coaching and supporting individuals and teams through the change process. You will work closely within a network of OCM colleagues in the program, ensuring a standard and efficient approach to OCM across the program disciplines (engineering, process, IT & Automation), but also the different sites where we will be implementing new production facilities. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: At least 7 years of experience in organizational change management, with a focus on IT projects Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels Proficiency in change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter Project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams As a person, you are known for being self-driven, for your high motivation, engagement, ability to create results and open mindset. You have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, and you thrive with taking the lead on problem solving when needed. Finally, you have a good sense of humour and foster a positive work environment. You hold a relevant master’s degree, and you will be able to work out of Denmark. About the department MIT-AP Expansions is a new department located in Bagsværd, Denmark, but this project is in Gentofte, Denmark and is part of Manufacturing IT, who is a global IT Partner for Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply with 600+ employees across 8 geographical locations. MIT-AP Expansions aims to be a global organisation that not only sets direction for a sustainable IT, Automation and Digitalisation solutions for AP Expansions but also plans and executes the accelerated implementation of these solutions in collaboration with various internal and external technology partners.
