About the department
The position is anchored in Product Supply People & Organisation, in the Learning & Competence Development team. We refer to the Corporate Vice President of P&O for Product Supply, Quality and IT and we are a team of experienced Learning & Development professionals and Project Managers responsible for setting the direction and developing solutions within GxP Training in Product Supply (PS).
All our work and the strategy for the direction set within GxP Training is done in close cooperation with the local training teams and their management teams, together forming a global organisation of 130+ employees responsible for the development and execution of GxP Training ensuring the right competences amongst the employees working in our Production sites.
We are formally the owners of the standards used within GxP Training, and we have recently increased the focus on digitalisation and the use of training technologies within the development and execution of training. We have very high ambitions within this area and aim to have a world class digital training setup using innovative and effective technologies to meet the demands of our business.
Our primary target groups consist of the Operators, Supporters, Laboratory Technicians and their Managers at our production’s sites, and all solutions aim at providing optimal support of their competence development and performance.
The job
You will play a key role in developing and driving Product Supply´s digital training agenda in cooperation with the global training organisation, senior management and stakeholders within Global IT and New Manufacturing Technology areas.
You will lead the identification of relevant technologies and their applicability on the global production organisation, and as Project Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of scalable and effective solutions.
As the portfolio of solutions develops and matures, you will be responsible for overseeing a number of projects and ensuring a solid pipeline of relevant technologies and initiatives. You will also be responsible for the solutions´ ability to support the overall ambition for GxP Training in PS, as well as their support to the overall new manufacturing technology agenda in PS (note: the training solutions should support the implementation of other innovative solutions within e.g. Future AP and QC 4.0, which are dependent on effective training of their employees to ensure their success).
You work is carried out in a global context with multiple stakeholders across all levels and countries. Along with your team colleagues and training professionals from other areas of Product Supply, you will have the important task of setting the overall direction for Digital Training through development of best practices and standards to be used globally, while also being able to ensure successful implementation of pilot projects in local areas in order to determine which solutions provide optimal value for a diverse set of local business needs.

Qualifications
You have a solid track record with new digitalization technologies.
The stakeholder landscape will be broad including digital units across the PS organisation, IT departments, NN Quality and Senior Management. Therefore, you are expected to have strong communication skills both written and verbally including the ability to express ideas and knowledge effectively.
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience with developing and implementing competence development programs in international, and preferably also regulated, organisations. You have continuously supplemented your academic degree with training in other relevant areas e.g. Agile Project Management, LEAN/Six Sigma and/or cGxP. Experience with a range of digital learning technologies and/or behavioural design is a big advantage.
Furthermore, you have
- A Master´s Degree within IT, Learning & Development, Engineering, or other relevant areas
- 3+ years of experience within digital media/technology development and implementation
- 3+ years of agile project management (management of project teams – not solo projects)
- Experience within online training/Learning & Development solutions (via digital tools, Learner Experience platforms, e-learning, Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality)
- Experience within User Experience Design
- Strong presentation skills (orally and in writing/presentations)
- Fluency in spoken and written English is expected
