In the role, you will act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for leaders within the organisational units you are responsible for. In addition, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR projects.Concretely, your areas of responsibility will include the following:
  • act as a trustworthy and professional HR partner to leaders, supporting them on all people-related topics throughout the employee life cycle
  • coach, advise and provide feedback to leaders on all levels to strengthen leadership capabilities and drive organisational development and performance
  • support leaders in leadership assessment and leadership recruitment processes
  • drive annual HR processes such as succession planning, FTE forecasting, people engagement survey and additional efforts that support the growth of our leaders and our company

Our key role is to partner with the business to deliver high-quality sparring, tools and people development initiatives. On a daily basis, you will work closely together with our two other HR partners, providing each other with valuable sparring.We are a team of seven highly motivated HR professionals within HR partnering, people development and talent attraction. Together, we work on defining and executing the high ambitions of DC’s people agenda – and we make sure to have fun as we go along. You will experience an innovative and collaborative culture, where we discuss challenges and achievements openly, and we always strive to learn from each other.As you will be working closely together with leaders, advising and supporting them on various matters, we are looking for someone who is respected by stakeholders because of their high personal integrity. Also, we imagine that you are a pragmatic executor with a strategic can-do mindset, who can translate the organisational needs into HR actions.Furthermore, we expect that you:
  • have a relevant educational background within HR, Organisation, Business Psychology or similar
  • have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with HR partnering
  • have great communication skills that enable you to clearly communicate across all levels in the organisation
  • have hands-on experience with a wide range of HR disciplines, such as succession planning, organisational development, etc.
  • are proficient in English – written and verbal
