On behalf of our client ECS MEP CONTRACTOR I/S, we are looking for a HR Manager with great communication skills who is able to work systematically and structured to ensure a professional process that guarantees progression and high-quality results.
As part of the Finance & HR Department, you will work with engaged and motivated colleagues with a focus on a variety of HR tasks like personnel management both white and blue collar, hiring in compliance with the local employment law and coordinating and aligning sub-contractors in order to have them quickly joining the site.

ECS MEP CONTRACTORS I/S is a Danish company founded by the Italian group Euroimpianti Spa, a sister company of Itinera Spa, to work on the Køge hospital project. Euroimpianti Spa was founded in Turin in 1982 and has thirty years’ experience in designing, setting up and maintaining technological (electrical, special, thermal and mechanical) plants with a high technological content to serve infrastructure projects and meet the demands of public and private clients in various sectors. Your tasks will focus on driving the day-to-day operations of HR’s functions and duties, e.g.:

•Administrative HR tasks
•Hiring in compliance to the law
•On-boarding activities
•Time sheet and payroll support
•Contributing to optimization of processes and procedures within HR
•Sub-contractors coordination
•Stakeholders co-operation

Who you are:

•You are highly knowledgeable with the Danish law
•You have 10+ years of experience in HR and administration
•You have a relevant bachelor’s degree

About the Køge Hospital Project:

The Køge Hospital Project is an expansion of the already existing University Hospital in Køge, which will include a complete renovation. When the renovation is complete, it will open to extended special departments, along with new departments for research, which will gather Zealand University Hospital under one single roof. When the work is finished, the hospital will be 195.000 sq.m.
