The Senior HR Business Partner reports to Vice President, HR. As a team we are responsible for setting the strategic direction for people, culture and organization, executing on aligned roadmaps while being role models for leadership behaviour and company values.

The Fertin HR team is global, with colleagues in Denmark (Vejle), India and Canada. This position is located in Vejle.
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will
- Be a trusted business partner supporting our VP Commercial and VP Business Support (CFO) and their leadership teams in successful execution of the functional business strategies
- Drive the HR annual wheel activities for the functions (e.g. People & Performance Review, salary review, succession and strategic workforce planning)
- Develop and execute on yearly HR road maps in the 2 dedicated VP areas
- Drive the recruitment of senior leaders
- Facilitate leadership team development
- Drive and contribute to select projects in collaboration with partners across PMI HealthCare & Wellness
We are looking for a candidate with
- A Master degree (business, communications, psychology, sociology) or equivalent
- A well-equipped HR tools box and experience across multiple HR disciplines (eg. Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Learning & Development)
- Strong business acumen, project management skills, influencing skills and an analytical (data driven) mindset
- An impact and execution focused approach to deliverables
- Experience working in a global business environment (must)
- Business Partnering experience (preferred)
- Experience from the pharmaceutical, food, ingredient or similar industries (preferred)
