We are looking for a new colleague that will be the global training lead to prepare for the launch of Tralokinumab our monoclonal antibody targeting atopic dermatitis. The person will be driving the development and execution of the commercial training plan by working cross-functionally to ensure full alignment with global business objectives to meet critical needs across the organization and by defining a global training plan for MSL, KAM, Sales Reps and other commercial roles.
Overall aim of the position: ensure all relevant commercial and medical people are sufficiently trained in time for executing the launch of tralokinumab.
The job
The Global Training Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering disease, therapy, product, sales/account management skills, market knowledge and operations training intended for members of the commercial organization and will provide a conduit to all cross functional commercial partners in identifying, building and executing training to ensure launch readiness.
The Global Training Manager provides strong expertise and program leadership required for the development and implementation of global training and educational projects. This position requires extensive learning development, learning and instructional design and program management skills as well as the ability to work with senior stakeholders to establish strategy for training and educational programs. Prior experience with the design, development and implementation of quality global educational programs, advanced learning program management, technical and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Plan, Develop and Execute training programs for MSL, KAM, Sales Reps and other commercial roles. Ensure training plan and material for disease states, products and therapeutic areas is kept updated. Coordinating with Regulatory, Legal and Medical for the review and approval of training material Partnering with Marketing and Medical dept. to build training initiatives that support the execution of tactics aligned with the brand strategy Maintaining the standards for training materials including learning system modules Continual assessment of current training offers to identify areas for ongoing improvement and opportunities requiring the development of additional training content. Establish a trainer community in LEO to ensure a capability exist to execute the training plan.
Your qualifications
We expect you to hold BA Degree (MA Degree preferred) and 5-10 years of experience in a similar position in addition to:
Experience in training and staff development Experience in multiple marketplaces (global) Strong coaching/feedback skills Demonstrated ability to influence / Experience working globally with organizations/teams/individuals Ability to implement large-scale change in complex, matrix organizations

Commercial operations – your new department
The role is in Global Commercial Affairs & Excellence and will report to Head of Commercial Operations which is part of Global Commercial Affairs and Excellence. This position leaves you with a large group of stakeholders from all over the entire organization, and in particular the Global Tralokinumab Launch Team and related workstreams.
Travel: 25% - 30%
