Our Post Market Surveillance (PMS) and Vigilance function within Corporate Quality aims to monitor, evaluate, and conclude on any safety related complaints detected in the market within applicable deadline and regulatory requirements. This may include MDR/vigilance reporting.
We strive to support faster feedback loop and strengthen the cross functional corporation within GN regarding customer safety issues to ensure the well-being of our millions of hearing aid users and meet expectations from regulatory bodies worldwide.
We also strive to sustain the detailed reporting system on post market activities and advise the organisation on current safety performance of GN devices in market. The report may include conclusions and recommendation supporting improvement of products and processes that benefit GN’s customers.
Our new colleague will be the daily manager of 2 wonderful colleagues, who cover one area each. One is an expert within Vigilance and the other is strong on PMS. On an operational level you will need to contribute hands-on to the tasks within PMS and act as a sparring partner to our current colleague. As such the primary tasks are related to:

A strong SME team
Our new colleague will be the daily manager of 2 wonderful colleagues, who cover one area each. One is an expert within Vigilance and the other is strong on PMS. On an operational level you will need to contribute hands-on to the tasks within PMS and act as a sparring partner to our current colleague. As such the primary tasks are related to:
- Responsible for handling of MDR/Vigilance reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the Global Safety Complaint handling- and PMS process.
- Work with quality related data and statistics in order to improve above mentioned processes and work.
- Daily Manager for 2 colleagues
- Primary driver of collaboration with R&D, global production sites and other internal and external collaboration partners
Qualifications
We imagine that there are several ways to succeed in the role, but your background and experience might include:
- Some years of experience with Vigilance
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 is an advantage
- Knowledge of MDR and 21 CFR is a plus
- Interest in leading a small team and driving excellent collaboration
