Today, we have an ambitious expansion plan in regions such as Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.

We are looking for a part time HR Manager or a full time HR Generalist to join our team in Kastrup, our ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience (in total) in Human Resources (as a generalist), is specialized in staff recruitment and labor relations. It is also a requirement to have some experience in operational training. We need a professional - ideally coming from industries with an intense recruitment activity such as the services sector, hotels, retail, customer service, financial services, sales, etc.

These are some of the key responsibilities of the position:

  • Teaching and implementing the core policies of the Human Resources Department; facilitating the adjustment of the business to the country's work culture by participating in the design of its own policies and implementation plans.
  • Reporting to the Headquarters on a regular basis in terms of key performance indicators (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
  • Managing both massive and head-hunting recruitment processes.
  • Ensuring the successful integration of the staff within the Company; conveying the company's values efficiently.
  • Managing the staff according to quality criteria and legal compliance procedures.
  • Keeping up to date all procedures related to staff management.
  • The position also involves managing the Customer Service Department at the Subsidiary, preparing reports on Customer Service, coming up with upgrades and training new employees.
  • Managing labor relations and syndicate activity if needed.

Fluency in English and Danish is a requirement for the position, as well as a college degree akin to the Human Resources area (psychology, law, etc.).
