We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Talent Attraction & Acquisition Team in Copenhagen, Denmark!

Key responsibilities
We are looking to hire a student assistant for our Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TAA) Team. Your role as a student assistant in TAA will be to support and enable the TAA team to provide top-notch recruitment experiences to the managers in the A. P. Moller Maersk Headquarters in Copenhagen, and make sure their interaction with TAA results in a great experience.
For this you will:
- Make sure we keep our recruitment data tidy and right in Workday (our Applicant Tracking System)
- Assist team members in recruitment activities
- Participate in Talent Attraction activities. I.e. career fairs at universities etc.
- Prepare reporting presentations and visuals
- Administrate our team calendar and events
- Assist our team with operational system updates
- Liaise with stakeholders in HR in various cross functional projects
Who are we looking for?
You are customer-oriented and passionate about recruitment! You have a good eye for detail and an analytical approach to problem solving.
As for the profile, we are looking for:
- Someone with a general interest in HR and Talent Acquisition
- An engaging colleague who contributes to the team atmosphere
- Someone fluent in written and verbal English
- A can-do attitude, where no task is too big or too small
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with an ability to work independently
- A detail oriented and analytical colleague
- Someone who is structured (planning your working hours and reporting back the status of different tasks)
- Someone who is comfortable about communicating with many different stakeholders at different levels of the organization
We expect the role to be around 15-20 hours per week, ideally split across two or three days, with the ability to be flexible regarding your school schedule.
