In Odense, we are looking for a HR manager to secure and support the continued growth of the organisation. This is a bilingual role, so it is important that you are fluent in both Danish and English to provide HR support to the management team and employees in our different locations across Europe.
The role will require a generalist approach within the field of HR to be able to deliver the bespoke HR services to the company. You will report directly to the Group HR Director, based in UK, but will locally have a dotted line to the Operations Director in Odense. In the office in Odense, we are approximately 35 employees, 8 employees in our warehouse in Odense and 10 Sales Managers across Europe.
Responsibilities
Project – new intranet platform
You will lead the implementation of the new intranet platform across the organisation, UK and Denmark. The platform is already up and running but is yet to be launched to the wider organisation.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional who is used to operating in an international environment and with experience from a comparable role.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be self-driven and take on initiative to make sure everything runs smoothly in the office. You will need to be proactive, approachable, and always ready to support your colleagues.
This is a part-time position, 25-30 hours a week.
The contract length for the position will be from 1st of October 2022 until 1st of November 2023.

Responsibilities
- General HR support to the organisation
- Legal support, ensure compliant employment contracts, union agreements, local agreements etc.
- Ownership of the entire recruitment process, from job adds, screening, interview, testing etc.
- Onboarding process incl. introduction
- Implementing and securing HR strategy of retention, wellbeing, and diversity
- Internal communications
- Employee surveys, support, reports, action log and follow-up
- Supporting managers in PDR’s, role descriptions, training needs
- Facility management incl. lunch admin, cleaning services, canteen, outdoor/indoor maintenance
- Coordination of company event and meetings
- Ad hoc project management of various relevant HR development projects

- Engage and manage the implementation team and stakeholders from each department
- Understand needs and secure involvement and problem solving
- Involve organisation in content development
- Communication activities
- Liaise with IT and software vendor on technical questions
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional who is used to operating in an international environment and with experience from a comparable role.
Other skills:
- Full fluency in Danish and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Danish Employment Acts, Employment Laws, Legislation, and compliance
- Knowledge of relevant HR systems
- Interpersonal skills, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy
- Solid experience with intranet and social software and other web-based technologies
- High level of MS Office-skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
