European Energy is a Danish privately owned company in rapid growth. We cover all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and in some cases divestment of assets as well as power-to-X. Our company of +450 employees has since 2004 installed more than 2.0 GW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 30 different nationalities at our HQ in Copenhagen and our offices in 16 other locations, primarily in Europe. Our vision is to be a major global presence in driving the green transition and create the power of tomorrow, today.
As Recruitment Specialist, you will get the opportunity to work with a broad variety of international recruitment processes for different position types. You will be part of our HR team currently consisting of 12 colleagues where 6 are working with recruitment and employer branding. The candidates we recruit are typically international profiles with a specialist or manager background.
You will take on the responsibility of the entire recruitment process from starting up the recruitment to an employment contract is signed whilst aiming to give the candidates the best experience throughout the entire recruitment process. You will moreover be a trusted advisor to the Hiring Managers in the recruitment processes.
We seek a self-motivating, structured colleague with a can-do attitude, who thrives in a rapidly moving industry. You will get a solid onboarding and introduction to the company and our processes to ensure you get a good start.

Tasks
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including:
- Drafting job ads and advising on sourcing strategies
- Search and selection
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Conducting psychometric and personality assessments
- References and contract negotiation
- Drafting job ads and advising on sourcing strategies
- Working with recruitment in different countries, primarily in Europe
- Employer Branding activities and other projects related to recruitment
Your profile
- You have at least of 4 years of relevant experience
- You speak English at a professional level
- You are used to handle many different and sometimes complex recruitment processes in parallel
- It is good if you have experience in conducting psychometric and personality assessments
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills
