Key responsibilities


• To represent Technology team in the eyes of the end users;
• To manage end user expectations for all IT services;
• To engage and train end users on available technology and tools;
• To provide onsite support for end users at Esplanaden campus;
• To support hardware and software asset management/tracking/ auditing according to global processes;
• To collaborate with global teams on incident management, testing, process and service improvements;
• To assist with meeting room and large event support;
• To support implementation of new technical solutions;
• To work with an emergency duty phone when needed.
• To carry out IT procurement activities from day to day purchases through to larger project related requirements

We are looking for


• Good communication skills and passion for new technologies
• Familiarity across end user computing systems – such as Microsoft and Apple products, iOS and Android devices, Meeting room technologies, Linux, O365, various development tools and other software;
• Ambition to control your workflow and improve teams efficiency;
• Confidence in handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Attention to details
• Willingness to collaborate with other teams globally for overall process and experience improvement;
• Training/coaching experience is an advantage;
• Experience with self-help content and tutorial creation is an advantage;
• Experience in supporting video conferences/large events/meeting room technologies is an advantage;
• Network knowledge (e.g. CCNA) is an advantage;
• Customer service experience is an advantage;
• ITIL Framework knowledge / Service Management tool experience is an advantage;
• Experience and interest within PowerBi, Python in order to assist with data mining and other “pro-active” support tasks;
• Attention to details and pro-active mindset is a must;
