Are you curious about strategic communication and passionate about experience design of events? Then we might have a great opportunity for you to join our Executive Office and support us in developing internal and external communication as well as events for our Chief Scientific Officer, leadership teams and larger part of Novo Nordisk’s R&D organisation.
The Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication concepts that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This will include the design of experiences, such as meetings like Leader’s Connect Calls and the annual R&ED Leadership Forum. The Communication Advisor will also be responsible for managing communication campaigns, providing communication advice to internal stakeholders and senior leaders, and producing content in collaboration with functional subject matter experts. Your Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in communication, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in communication, public relations, or marketing, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing communication projects from concept to execution. Experience with planning and executing leadership events and conferences successfully is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for a variety of audiences.
  • Familiarity with communication metrics and tools to track effectiveness.
  • Ability to work in a fun and challenging environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Create, develop, and drive concepts for leadership communication, incl. events and conferences.
  • Manage various communication projects and campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Produce communication content such as video, presentations, articles, and campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure communication efforts are integrated with other areas of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with relevant external stakeholders, such as vendors and partners, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage communication budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time/deadline and within budget.
  • Monitor and report on communication metrics to track the effectiveness of communication efforts.
