Technical Support Analyst
Location: Leixlip, Co. Kildare
Salary: €26.500 annually
Hours: 40 hours weekly, Shift work
Contract: Permanent
Relocation Package: Included - €2000

We are in the moment looking for motivated candidates who wish to show off and develop their IT skills and want to join our multicultural service desk team located in Leixlip, Ireland (45 mins by train from Dublin city centre).
The position will suit enthusiastic candidates with customer service or tech support experience, who wants to gain international experience. We will consider candidates who are already based in Ireland or candidates who are willing to relocate.

About the position
We have an exciting new project where we would need candidates, who want to use their technology knowledge and their interpersonal skill to help us provide first class tech support to our Dutch business clients.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for the business client and job activities include responding to clients, resolving IT problems remotely or by dispatching for onsite support.

About the position
We have an exciting new project where we would need candidates, who want to use their technology knowledge and their interpersonal skill to help us provide first class tech support to our Dutch business clients.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for the business client and job activities include responding to clients, resolving IT problems remotely or by dispatching for onsite support.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting business clients by telephone, call handling systems, email, web chat and SST (self-service tickets) over IT-related problems using the Danish language
- Documenting information in the ticketing systems and providing the customer with information and updates
- Following quality guidelines to ensure customer service is delivered at a standard that matches the quality of the Company brand
- Exploring new and creative solutions for IT problems
- Undertake onsite training and development classes to feed your ambition in IT
Your profile:
- Fluency in one of the Nordic Languages (Swedish/Danish/ Norwegian) and a good Level of English (B2)
- A degree or a diploma in IT, computer science or something inequivalent
- Recent work experience and professional understanding of customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
