Community Operations Analyst
Location: Dublin 18.
Salary: €27.000 annually (plus 25 % for hours after 8pm)
Hours: 37.5 hours weekly, Dayshift: 9-17:30 OR Evening shift 18-02
Contract: 11 months temporary with Cpl, Full time

This an entry-level position and full training will be provided. This is a good opportunity for those who want to: kickstart their career, gain international experience and improve their attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills in social media and technology.

Responsibilities as a Community Operations Analyst
- Process and review accounts and content that have been flagged for potential violations of the company's policies.
- Validate, investigate and respond to inquiries of an urgent or sensitive nature within established guidelines.
- Comply with the company's published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
- Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills in your work and an ability to ramp up quickly.
Your profile:
- High school diploma (STX, HHX, HTX, HF or equivalent leaving certificate).
- Experience with content review and social media is desirable.
- Good knowledge of the internet and technology.
- Results & detail oriented.
