As a core enabler of our ambition to deliver world-class content, we are strengthening our digital and virtual capabilities and developing world class production facilities. This will be the focal point of rethinking our entire approach to communication in- and outside Maersk. This role is closely tied to this exciting journey, and we are looking for someone who can push us forward with creativity and speed.
Taking on this job, you will be a key part of our team, dedicated to delivering high quality video-centric content. Your role will be multifaceted, and you will get the opportunity to work with broadcasting to internal and external audiences, filming content for various platforms and producing engaging video content through creative editing. We expect you to come up with fresh ideas on how to leverage new formats and your skills in an ever-changing communication landscape.
As a team, we work in a flexible and agile way to support the business and corporate functions where they need us most, and hence every day is different. One day you may be working to support a live broadcast, while the next day you are creating digital content for our customer platforms or producing the next episode of a social medias series.
About you
You are passionate about video and broadcasting and have experience working in similar positions. You are keen to learn and develop and you can apply your skills in a creative and timely manner. You have experience producing digital content along with technical knowledge of camera and studio production equipment.

Your experience and background
- Experience with producing video and other digital content for various platforms (web, intranet, social media).
- Hands-on experience with camera and studio equipment.
- Knowledge of various streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Teams Live Events etc.) and how to produce content for them.
- Creative video editing skills.
- Expert Premiere Pro editor. Experienced in After Effects, Photoshop and other relevant Creative Cloud applications.
- BA degree in Communications, Business, or other related discipline.
- Native or near-native English writing skills
- Knowledge of Office 365 – Teams, Yammer, SharePoint is an advantage
Reporting to our Head of Digital Enablement, you will be working out of Copenhagen – but your workplace will be the world as you will have daily and close interaction with colleagues across the globe.
