The number of people with diabetes is increasing dramatically. Therefore, Novo Nordisk has expanded the filling capacity in Denmark. The project has a high degree of complexity requiring cross organizational and global cooperation. About the department


The Utility Team is part of the Technical Support department, together with the Facility Team and the Maintenance and Metrology Team. The department consists of approximately 30 people divided into the three teams.

As the Building Materials Supplies (BMS) Supporter you will be part of the Utility Team who are responsible, among others, for ensuring that the environment within the new filling facility is monitored and controlled to meet the high regulatory requirement for classified areas, ultimately ensuring our patient safety at all time. The BMS system in this new facility is one of the largest within Novo Nordisk.

The job


As BMS Supporter you will be responsible for driving problem solving/event response for problems and comprehensive Deviations in our Aseptic Production facilities in Hillerød. Beside that you will participate in BMS related validation and process improvements, reviewing and approving validation documentation and share best practice for validation with relevant stakeholders. You will also identify improvement opportunities and implement locally with documented benefit and drive local improvement projects

You will have a wide range of stakeholders, therefore to succeed in this role, it is crucial that you are able to network, collaborate and work at a high professional level, both internally and externally. You are expected to work both independently and in teams to ensure buy-in from key stakeholders.

Qualifications


You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, IT or similar and have solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry, combined with at least two to five years experiences working with HVAC and BMS. You should have a natural interest and experience in technical installations, sensor monitoring and BMS systems, but also be able to see how other technical areas influences this, and hence see the link between e.g. BMS and IT/HVAC.
