Legeakademiet has launched a web shop in the Netherlands, www.Toyacademy.nl and is looking for a well-structured and positive person who is fluent in Dutch and can help us support our new Dutch customers.
Who are we?
Legeakademiet is an internet toyshop focusing on educational toys for children. Our mission is to let children learn through play. Our niche is centered around toys that are educational, that develop body and/or mind and are fun to play with. Toys that make it possible for children to be creative, imaginative, and work on important gross motor, fine motor, balance, and coordination skills. That is our passion in Legeakademiet.
Our mission, concept and passion for our work has resulted in continual growth over the past 16 years and - most important of all - thousands of satisfied customers.
Since 2017 we have also let children learn through play in Norway and in 2020, we launched web shops in Finland and Sweden. In 2021/22 Toyacademy opened in Germany and the Netherlands.

You are a proactive and positive person. You love processes, precision, stability and maintaining structure on busy days. You can think creatively in terms of helping us gain a strong foothold in the new market and support our new customers.

We’ll jump for joy if you:
You will be working in our office located in Hørsholm (30 km north of Copenhagen) close to Kokkedal train station, where we have a dedicated team of 17 colleagues in a homey and welcoming atmosphere. Our warehouse and logistics are in Holstebro in Jutland. We expect the job will be part-time to begin with - with the possibility of becoming full-time at a later point in time.

- .. are answering the phone and helping with a smile in your voice
- .. are replying on mails and chats making our customers feel they are in safe hands
- .. find your way easily in our customer service systems Navision and Magento.
- .. are coordinating with our marketing team on issues regarding the Dutch market and customers.
- .. are improving texts and doing translations our Dutch web shop.
We’ll jump for joy if you:
- possess impeccable linguistic skills in Dutch
- have knowledge of the Dutch e-commerce market
- are great at planning and executing your tasks and responsibilities
- have an innovative and positive mindset and love to work in a great team.
- can work independently with lots of personal drive
- are structured, responsible and pay great attention to detail
- understand that in a small company as ours we all pitch in and help out with the daily tasks - no matter how big or small they may be - especially during our busy season
