We need a new experienced and knowledgeable colleague for our formulation-team in one of our production lines in Kalundborg. You must be ambitious and have a “can do” attitude – and you must be among experienced and well educated.
About the department
You will be a part of our formulation team who is responsible for formulating all the products in the Biopharm Filling Factory (FF) in Kalundborg. The formulation supports the production in two active production lines with different Biopharm products. The number of authorized products is still growing - why we expand our team and capacity. At the moment several products are in a test phase towards being authorized by the authorities. The factory is a modern multipurpose factory and it is planned and expected to handle further four different products in two production lines
At the moment the formulation team consist of 9 employees. As the team is in a development phase and a part of the employees are quite new and there will be a great opportunity to contribute and affect to the processes, tools and procedures.
We want success as a team and company why we have an openminded approach and tone as well as we treat each other with respect and a supportive approach.
The position
As a supporter in our formulation team you will be responsible for processes and validation of our formulation process and you are the one making sure we optimize our processes with all our products and at the same time making sure that we have the highest level of GMP. Finally, you are the one who introduce new products to the production line as well as training the operators.
In relation to these areas you will be responsible running smaller and related projects and be responsible we all smaller processes and procedures are validated and compliant as well as making sure (training) that the operators are properly trained.
Throughout all this you will work intensively with other teams around the factory and the production lines.
Qualifications
You hold a relevant Master-degree and you have experience from a similar production – preferably in the pharma industry and preferably experienced with the Novo Nordisk processes.
Furthermore it is important that you are experienced within:
- Team-work
- Planning and conducting training
- Establishing and maintain relations
- To start as well as finish your tasks - aware of the details
- Motivating your colleagues and other people around you
You have a high level in written and spoken English and Danish.
