POSITION: DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
WE'RE LOOKING FOR - A full-time Digital Project Manager, in our Paid Media team.
Besides being part of a fun, agile and creative team, we promise a lot of responsibility as well as opportunities to grow with the rest of the Project Manager team while working with both Danish and International clients. As part of our managed media team, you will be supporting REVOLT’s paid offerings. Your core task will be to secure the day-to-day management of various digital projects, including advertising campaigns within social, search and app marketing. Further, you will provide key support to our teams with the task of growing our clients business through performance and other value added services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management: Provide end-to-end project management, from scoping the project, to finalizing a budget. Development of detailed project plans and monitoring the progress to ensure process is followed between departments.
Collaborate with internal teams: Efficiently and effectively coordinates internal and projects between all agency departments. Secure collaboration between creative, media management, strategy and insights teams to secure the best implementation throughout digital projects. Further, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, and all quality standards are met.
Monitor and report: Secure monitoring and reporting is delivered for all clients. Communicate with the internal and external stakeholders. Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues. Grow the portfolio: Always seek new opportunities for each individual client and enable them to unluck their full potential within integrated campaigning, and overall communication. Grow our share of wallet and support the team on all new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
▸ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English. Other languages is a plus.
▸ Minimum of a Bachelor level or equivalent educational experience.
▸ +3 years of experience in digital project management, preferably from an agency.
▸ Solid track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion, on-time and on-budget.
▸ Excellent organization and time management skills.
▸ Communication and team management skills.
▸ Expert in conflict resolution and negotiation.
▸ Ability to work under deadlines on multiple projects.
▸ Bonus points, for any of the following: Experience with paid media, reporting, business development, content creation & copy writing.
