The position

The primary role of this position is to ensure the future success of the Digital Health solutions supporting once-weekly insulin icodec. You will be working with the brand team for once-weekly insulin icodec on a daily basis. Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with regions and affiliates, and with Global Stakeholders e.g., in Medical Affairs, or in the development organisation.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Development of commercial strategic guidance for Digital Health solutions for once-weekly insulin icodec.
  • Development of promotional and training materials and branding for Digital Health solutions for once-weekly insulin icodec.
  • To support for launch countries and integration of Digital Health solutions into the launch process.
  • Commercial guidance to the development of Digital Health solutions for once-weekly insulin icodec regarding business case and roadmap prioritisation.
  • Development of content for the Digital Health solutions for once-weekly insulin icodec

For this position, travel is expected up to 15-20 days per year.

Qualifications

For all the positions we expect the ideal candidates to have:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant area combined with in-depth life science commercial understanding and 6+ years’ experience from e.g. marketing/sales/project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving complex projects from early ideas to realised benefits, as your projects are executed within a global framework and a diverse and complex stakeholder landscape
  • Prior experience with bringing Digital Health solutions to market and/or working on a launch at affiliate level would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills including the ability to communicate and present complex subjects in an easy and understandable way

You can thrive when collaborating with others who bring different perspectives and skill sets to the team and enjoy working in an international environment. You feel comfortable delivering without established processes, developing them as you go, and informing best practices. Furthermore:

  • You are keen on understanding our customers and might have previously spent time in a customer-facing role.
  • You are able to maintain focus working within a complex stakeholder landscape or tight deadlines and set a course of action for multiple stakeholders with differing needs.

About the department

Digital Health Commercial is part of Digital Strategy & Solutions within Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs Organisation. In Digital Health we strive to develop and plan for commercialisation of digital solutions, patient support solutions, and Software as a Medical Device solutions.

Digital Health Commercial takes care of commercialising Digital Health solutions together with Operations, brand teams and external partners. Our culture is driven by the purpose to provide novel digital health solutions to support people using Novo Nordisk medicines. You will be joining a team of 8 colleagues with diverse mindsets and backgrounds where empowerment to explore new territories and collaboration across functions and geographies are key to success.
