The Position
This role will oversee product launch planning and execution across the global Novo Nordisk organisation, acting as a voice for affiliate launch teams offering insights and stakeholder management in the launch process. This includes both supporting affiliate and regional management teams in developing, funding and executing launch plans and Go-To-Market strategy, and driving lean and agile launch operations and coordinating efforts between the different launch related functions in Novo Nordisk. The goal is to ensure the eventual market success of Novo Nordisk, primarily in Digital Health solutions supporting people with diabetes.

Digital Health Commercial takes care of commercialising Digital Health solutions together with Operations, brand teams and external partners. The Position
This role will oversee product launch planning and execution across the global Novo Nordisk organisation, acting as a voice for affiliate launch teams offering insights and stakeholder management in the launch process. The goal is to ensure the eventual market success of Novo Nordisk, primarily in Digital Health solutions supporting people with diabetes.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Driving the planning for roll out of Digital Health solutions involving stakeholders in the global commercial teams
- Driving the launch process including project definition, execution, insight gathering, technical & commercial assessments and communicating strategy
- Owning the launch process agenda and acting as a sparring partner for the launch leadership team while facilitating decisions and solutions for global partners, Commercial Teams, Product Supply, Medical, and Market Access
- Understand and represent challenges faced by affiliates and offer guided support from HQ
- Financial management of the funding pool supporting local launches of Digital Health solutions
- Owning the launch process and evolving it based on learnings and emerging best practices

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
- Master’s degree in a relevant area combined with in-depth life science commercial understanding and 5+ years’ experience, ideally gained in different geographies and cultures
- Proven track record of successfully driving complex projects from early ideas to realised benefits, as your projects are executed within a global framework and a diverse and complex stakeholder landscape
- Prior experience with launches of Digital Health solutions in a global or affiliate role
- Cross-cultural management experience, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in different countries, regions and regulatory practices
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills including the ability to communicate and present complex subjects in an easy and understandable way

- Are curious, open-minded, and passionate about driving change, as well as capable of setting a course of action for multiple stakeholders with differing needs
- Feel comfortable delivering without established processes, developing them as you go, and informing best practices
- Like exploring new territory and are assertive when working with novel approaches and ideas

- Are able to maintain focus working within a complex stakeholder landscape or tight deadlines
