Then you might be the right person for a paternity cover as a Global Customer Insights Manager.

The Position As a Customer Insights Manager, you will drive analysis of longitudinal patient-level data that contain billions of records, using SQL, R, Python, or similar programming tools. From the patient-level analysis, you will generate insights and lead projects that provide strategic and tactical recommendations for key brands in diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease as well as other therapeutic areas.
Your key responsibilities will include: Generate ‘best in class’ patient and HCP-level insights related to treatment dynamics, patient comorbidities, patient outcomes, etc. Maintain a strong collaboration with a large number of stakeholders in brand teams, regions, affiliates, and with our extended team in India Build and improve our analytical environment, including tasks related to data governance, data management, data analysis, and visualization Please note this is a paternity cover with a 7-month contract. Qualifications
The role requires a combination of strong analytical, programming, visualization, and project management skills.
To succeed in the role, you have A master’s degree in economics, science, IT, business or similar Experience in working with big data using e.g. SQL, Python, or R in a business environment and can effectively communicate results to stakeholders at all levels. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in big data analysis, economics, modeling, or statistics Fluency in both verbal and written English and good communication skills Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage. About The Department The team is part of the Portfolio Insights & Forecasting department in Commercial Strategy and Corporate Affairs and focuses on analyzing anonymized patient/physician data and visualizing it for communication purposes. The purpose is to drive insights and recommendations that enable fact-based decision-making in senior management, brand teams, and other key stakeholders across Novo Nordisk.
