The position
As one of our new HR Process Consultants your key responsibilities will include:
• Review digital HR processes to reduce manual work/rework and improve efficiency
• Mapping of existing HR processes to understand local requirements and deviations
• Implement digital HR processes with a focus on customer experience excellence
• Translate core employee life cycle requirements to easy-to-use digital processes and aligning with multiple stakeholders for implementation
• Identify customer needs and root cause of pain points to minimize the customer effort
• Gathering feedback from end users to measure efficiency of process improvements
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we hope that you can tick off most of the below qualifications, but we encourage and welcome your application even if you cannot fully tick everything:
• Master’s degree in HR, engineering, business or similar combined with a couple of years’ experience working in a global organization
• Good operational experience or knowledge with HR processes and systems preferably SuccessFactors and/or ServiceNow
• Experience from digitalisation initiatives
• Experience in decision making, and having worked in a global environment with different cultures
• Understanding of how technology can impact future ways of working
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written/spoken)

About the department
You will join the Digital Services team in Global People and Organisation (P&O), reporting to the Director of HR Process Development in a newly established function under Digital Services. The Digital P&O Services team is in Bagsværd and works closely together with all corners of Novo Nordisk and the Global P&O organisation. We are a good mix of employees with different backgrounds and experience, and value an informal and fun working environment.
In collaboration with P&O management and stakeholders we drive the P&O Digital strategy & roadmap, meaning facilitating and driving the right strategic choices, but also ensuring the execution of the roadmap towards measurable impact. In addition, we are shaping and owning customer journeys ensuring our customers get the best experience from our P&O Services, including aligning our key P&O metrics to measure customer experience. We are curious about Digital Innovation, developing new solutions building on the latest trends within automation and digitalisation across the entire P&O organisation.
