The position
As our new Project Manager, you will be responsible for administration of all Health & Safety training as well as the development of new training in close collaboration with our subject matter experts. Hence, the position is a 50:50 split between administration and development with a strong possibility to influence and shape the future perspective. Your key responsibilities will include:

The position
As our new Project Manager, you will be responsible for administration of all Health & Safety training as well as the development of new training in close collaboration with our subject matter experts. Hence, the position is a 50:50 split between administration and development with a strong possibility to influence and shape the future perspective. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and develop the framework for the global H&S training portfolio
- Responsible for ensuring that the annual HS training activities are planned and executed smoothly, and coordinate instructor and manager presentations
- Professional vendor management – biannual meetings, professional contract negotiation, evaluation, and optimisation
- Daily training management responsible and go-to person on all aspects of training
- Obtain and analyse data to evaluate the best form and use of training
- Remain updated on new and innovative ways of providing training in a global organization
- Support and inspire subject matter experts on the format of generic and targeted training

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A Bachelor or Master degree in relevant area, preferably related to Health & Safety
- Experience with different training formats
- Min. 2-5 years of work experience with training is required. Preferably in a global role within occupational medicine, healthcare, well-being, safety, or health promotion.
- Experience from a global company preferably with production facilities
- Project Management, preferably with knowledge within agile
- Profound communication skills (written, oral and presentations) in both Danish and English
- In-depth understanding of digital tools and IT in general from a user perspective
