Come and join our Project Office team as Senior Project Manager in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) The position As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for a global project to boost quality across production facilities worldwide within IFP. In this position, you will interact with local teams in 3 Danish and 4 international sites to identify, scope, roll-out and standardise good practices in deviation (DV) reduction. Due to the strategic nature of the project, you will interact with senior leadership across IFP, both at headquarters as well as across the manufacturing network. Your responsibilities will include: Detail existing good practices. Standardise and roll out good practices across IFP sites. Coordinate project execution with local project teams in the IFP sites. Ownership of all project metrics (scope, time, cost). In close cooperation with IFP leadership, set the strategic direction for the project. This is a newly established position which you will have the opportunity to shape and develop the role! With its global context, you will also have the opportunity to travel to our sites, approximately 20-30 travel days a year should be expected. Qualifications Your experiences include: Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or relevant. Line Manager or Project Manager experience, leading people, or projects in a large organisation at an international level. Quality methods e.g., Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and problem solving. Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements (GMP) within pharmaceutical products is an advantage. LEAN manufacturing (LEAN continuous improvement).

You are culturally savvy and able to interact effectively and appropriately with different cultures and build relations with stakeholders at all levels. For this position, you are required to be fluent in spoken and written English. You are a self-starter who is able to set direction and drive results independently. Furthermore, you possess strong leadership skills, and can engage people, build trust, and gain the commitment from stakeholders to drive change. About the department The position will be based in Site Bagsværd, which is part of the production network of IFP at Novo Nordisk. You will be anchored in the local Project Office, which is part of Business Support – an area responsible for projects, logistics, finance, lean, digitalization, training, facilities and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS). The Project Office in Bagsværd has a team of 8 skilled and engaged Project Managers, who run a diverse portfolio of Projects that includes new technologies (machines and processes), IT and line improvements.
