About the department The position is based in Global IT Operations (GITO) - an area with 400+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our infrastructure operations and digital workplace services. The GITO Strategy and Transformation department is a team of 25 highly skilled and dedicated employees, responsible for driving the strategy and support the four Agile Release Trains in GITO. As a department, we have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, we are setting the direction in working with Agile deliveries and coaching Agile delivery teams, and we are embracing new ideas on how to successfully deliver and introduce new ways of working. The position As Agile Coach your primary role is to help the continual improvement across the organisation. You will engage with the teams and whole areas and help them continuously improve. You will mentor, train, teach, consult, and coach the various roles in building the needed capabilities. You can expect to support several Agile teams simultaneously, depending on size and complexity. On a broader scale you will act as catalyst for change and ensure commitment and understanding at all levels of the organisation. You will coach the Agile teams in conflict resolution and help the team spot and react to anti-patterns. Mentor team level roles as well as management on working agile in general. Qualifications You have a master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field. Work experience from Agile transformations, preferably in large complex organisations. You have extensive hands-on experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or RTE and a track record of coaching or leading high performing agile teams. You master various coaching techniques as well as facilitation tools and methods, and you understand the importance of flexibility and change management to succeed with your ideas and beliefs. You quickly spot anti-patterns and act proactively to ensure the needed guidance and attention for the teams to get back on track. You are a team player and build trustful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders naturally. You are driven, you have the ability to work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment where priorities change and fast decisions are needed to move on. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build credibility and engage stakeholders at all levels. Why should you choose to be part of our journey?
