The position As our new Senior Project Manager for Operational Readiness, you are responsible for ensuring, that we are prepared to operate, support, and maintain IT, automation, and digital solutions in the new facilities from people, processes, and systems/tools perspectives. In addition to being our Track Lead, you will also represent IT & Automation in the global program track/work package for Operational Readiness. In this journey, you will closely partner with colleagues responsible for managing IT operations at sites and delivery teams responsible for maintaining global solutions as well as suppliers of equipment and machinery and other external partners, to:
  • build a cross-organizational team with representatives from site projects, site operations, delivery teams, and more. Together, we will co-create a future-proof operational setup that will allow us to seamlessly operate on our new facilities.
  • ensure that we are prepared for the future by evaluating the needs for future support and maintenance of these facilities.
  • proactively seek external inspiration to design a creative and innovative maintenance set-up that is future-proof.
  • closely collaborate with our suppliers to negotiate roles and responsibilities and service level agreements on critical areas such as maintenance, lifecycle management, and more.
  • prepare and execute a gameplan to identify and build the competencies and capabilities required both locally at the sites and centrally in our global teams.
  • drive the assessment of capabilities that should be developed internally and acquired externally.
  • partner with our OCM Lead to build robust and modern training mechanisms on the new systems and solutions, ensuring that our team is prepared to operate efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications To be successful in this role we require you to have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • Experienced with driving support and maintenance of IT & Automation solutions on shopfloor
  • Experienced in driving handover activities from projects to operations
  • Keep the company's priorities in mind and drive decisions based on what is most important.
  • On a personal level, you are highly empathetic with strong listening skills to comprehend diverse perspectives and you have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. About the department DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization - built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.
