As Quality Specialist in our team, you will primarily be responsible for supporting affiliates resolve issues that may arise in the implementation of internal and external quality requirements, and with a focus on Good Distribution Practice (GDP). This is a unique opportunity for a career which covers a broad range of different disciplines within Quality while working with stakeholders worldwide. You will also be involved in other tasks such as:
• set direction in key quality processes such as Deviations, Change Requests and Cold Chain Validations
• drive problem-solving and ensure we addresses issues coming from quality colleagues in affiliate
• drive global simplicity projects which will have a big impact on the organisation
• drive alignment and communication on needs and expectations between the affiliates, Headquarters, and our team in India
• training of colleagues worldwide By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a global business environment with many challenges and you will daily feel that you are making a difference. You will interact with colleagues from around the globe and learn about local requirements and thereby broadening your knowledge on authority demands and trends. Finally, this role provides an opportunity to gain insight into the organisational structure outside Headquarters, the affiliate challenges and commercial/business perspective; this will allow you to continue your individual development and stay updated within relevant authority demands and trends and you can expect to build an extensive internal network. As you will be working with affiliates worldwide you should under normal circumstances expect approximately 10-20 travel days annually. Qualifications
The ideal candidate is recognized for its expertise within quality assurance and great interpersonal skills. To succeed in this role, you:
• hold an academic degree in e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering, pharmacy, or similar
• have extensive knowledge of GDP and QA
• have several years of relevant experience within affiliates for structured pharmaceutical companies
• master English oral and written on a professional level On a personal level, you are ambitious and have a great interest in developing yourself. As our team is small serving a large customer base, good team player qualities, understanding cultural differences, pragmatic and solution orientation are of paramount importance. You are service minded, independent and have an eye for simplicity and take responsibility for your work. Finally, you solve complex tasks by constructive communication, based on your professional knowledge and understanding of quality without compromising patient safety.

Operations Quality Consulting & Projects (OQCP) comprises of 11 highly qualified Specialists and Professionals who are responsible for overseeing quality compliance in affiliates worldwide. The department also includes a hub in Global Business Services in India with 8 Professionals and a Manager. The team is diverse on many levels; backgrounds, knowledge, education, nationality, and competences, which is crucial and mirrors our need and ability to understand and help our colleagues worldwide.
