You will be part Data Digital & IT Staffs (DD&IT Staffs) and will work in Bagsværd, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 90 people in Denmark and 110 in India, responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of IT projects and applications for the DD&IT Staffs area in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of an agile, inspiring, and ambitious work environment, where advanced use of IT and teamwork are key.
In the department, you will be part of Vault Quality Agile Release Train (ART) which comprises of around 50 engaged team members working under 5 Scrum teams. Knowledge sharing with peers, coaching and learning is an integral part of the job, and you will be able to build on our collective experience in your own development as well as in maturing the ART and its members. As Agile Coach, you will become a key member and part of the leadership team in Vault Quality Agile Release Trains. Further, you will be member of our Lean Agile Centre of Excellence, setting direction for our agile transformation and being responsible also for initiatives across our ARTs. In this role, your main responsibilities will be to: collaborate with the RTE, PM and SA to drive the relentless improvement in the ART work with coaching of agile teams as well as on individual level with coaching of e.g., Scrum Masters, Product Owners to help them spot and react on improvement areas. promote an agile culture in one of our ARTs act as catalyst for change across our ARTs and agile teams ensure commitment and understanding at all levels An important part of your job is also to share learnings and knowledge as basis for on-going development and implementation of best practices. In general, you can expect to work closely with your coach colleagues in ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organisation.
Do you have what it takes?
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field of study. Agile Coach certificate and proven track record of hands-on experience in coaching agile teams, preferably in a scaled agile operating model (SAFe). Capacity to effectively build followership and coach teams to adapt the agile practices, principles, and values. Empathy and energy to excel in an environment with a high degree of empowerment. Ability to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of an organisation and actively drive cross-collaborative initiatives and build communities. Have great communication skills, and you feel confident also dealing with difficult subjects. As a person, we are looking for someone who is passionate about Agile ways of working and you get energized from working with people in a fast-moving environment. You like to challenge the status quo and inspire the people in the team. You are a team player who takes responsibility and ensures an excellent collaboration with the ART, the agile teams, and our business stakeholders.
