What’s in it for you
As Change Manager you will contribute to the overall success of the Global Data Office (GDO) department by supporting our strategic initiatives with driving change management activities to transform Novo Nordisk to establish, maintain and unlock the potential of a connected data landscape.
You will work within our agile set up directly with the agile teams that are developing our solutions and new ways of working which are enabling the business functions to improve business processes, being able to develop Analytics / AI use cases at scale and fostering compliance. You will be responsible for the change management activities from planning, over engagement and implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
Work closely with the initiative teams to develop the Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology, strategy, and framework. Be the go-to person for change management in the initiatives you are working closely with and ensure tracking of the progress of change. Apply your fit-for-purpose portfolio of methodologies and tools in change management, process excellence and organisational transformation to drive successful implementation and adoption of changes. Be responsible for stakeholder mapping and engagement, while championing best practices. Deliver coordinated communication strategy and material. Be responsible for the training approach and material
In addition, in this role you will anchor and implement actionable OCM capabilities across initiatives and its stakeholders; and capture learnings ensuring proper documentation and cross-initiative knowledge sharing. What are we looking for?
To thrive in this role, we expect you can tick off most of the below qualifications: A Master’s degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) or business administration. Relevant work experience in one or more of our prioritized business areas e.g., Research & Early Development, Development or Product Supply & Manufacturing, Commercial Qualification in OCM methodologies and project management, preferably within an agile set up. Proven experience and capabilities in delivering organisation change management strategy that ensure lasting change. Experience in redefining and refining operating models, organisation mapping, and change risk and readiness assessment.
As a person, you are empathetic and are very good at being an active sparring partner. You are curious and excel in an environment with a high degree of empowerment and delegated authority with minimal or no supervision. About the department
The GDO is a recently established unit within the office of CIO - Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) with a direct link into the DD&IT Committee, acting as the counterpart for and in collaboration with Line of Business. The focus of the Data Office is to detail and execute Novo Nordisk’s Global Data Strategy to unlock the full potential of data across the enterprise. Therefore, the GDO is responsible for developing the Data Foundation capabilities and enable acceleration of business value delivery of various strategic initiatives through their adoption together with implementing data governance for key data domains across the organisation’s data landscape.
