As a Finance Partner, you will support the budget distribution between production sites and financial management at SVP level. You will collaborate with our global community from seven production sites to drive finance strategy. IFP is the biggest unit of Product Supply in Novo Nordisk and is still growing. Your key responsibilities will include: • Providing support for financial processes to ensure optimal resource allocation
• Conducting data analysis and creating insights to support management decision-making
• Partnership with the global network and senior management for finance support
• Supporting standardisation of processes across the network You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation at every level. This role requires you to possess excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilities. In this position you will be exposed to production finance therefore ability to handle complexity is key in this role. Qualifications
• A Master’s Degree within Finance, Business or Engineering or similar
• 1-3 years of experience in finance controlling and partnering, such as Headquarter Finance function, Production Finance, Auditing or similar positions
• Strong analytical and strategic skills and the ability to work under pressure with exceptional quality delivery
• Stakeholder engagement/management skills and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels while driving agendas independently
• Communication skills to make effective recommendation decisions Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary. An interest in financial processes and strong attention to detail are must-haves for this role. The position requires traits such as confidence and outgoing personality. IFP Finance and Procurement (F&P) team is a part of Business Support located in the Bagsværd HQ. We are a team of around 40 people from ~10 countries. IFP F&P team is responsible for driving resource allocation, creating insights and actions based on data available. We are a trusted partner to the organisation, focusing on financial excellence, productivity as well as expanding network in the future. You will join a diverse and high-performing team of 13 colleagues with different business experience levels. We use our different perspectives to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global (IFP) organisation. You will be working in the headquarters with an environment characterised by innovation, openness, and highly engaged colleagues who work dedicated to helping us change lives for the better for patients worldwide.
