Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our air handling units operate as intended and that our clean rooms meet the expectations from the authorities.
Work tasks will include, but are not limited to, qualification of existing and new equipment, troubleshooting in daily operation, optimization of equipment and keeping our qualification documentation updated.
Twice a year you will be part of the factory production stop where you will supervise tests of clean rooms, maintenance and small or big projects of various kinds.
You will work in close collaboration with experienced colleagues, skilled workers, and stakeholders across the organisation. In the coming years, we encounter a need for great changes and renewals for the factory in general. In this position you will get a unique chance to be part of the transition to the future set-up of the area. More specifically you will do this through projects we initiate based on interest and real needs.
In addition, we are always keen to share our knowledge with associates from other areas, on HVAC and its effect on the production. Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a responsible and solution-oriented team player, who thrives working on different types of tasks and is willing to make a positive impact on colleagues and patients. To be considered for this position you:
• have a degree in civil-, mechanical engineering or other relevant technical background.
• are proficient in English, written as well as spoken. Danish language is a plus, but not a requirement. However, you should be willing to learn it.
• could have experience within HVAC systems or similar production processes. This is considered an advantage but is not a requirement.
• could have experience working quality assurance in the food or pharmaceutical regulated environment, this is not a requirement. As a person you are ambitious, proactive, and able to interact with people at all levels within the organisation. You can work independently and in smaller teams, execute tasks and coordinate activities efficiently.
About the department
You will be part of Injectable Finished Products, Site Bagsværd (IFP BA), which is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 800 employees working to produce marketed insulin, GLP-1, and obesity products for the benefit of patients around the world. Utility Support is part of the department of Aseptic Support and have the responsibility of securing stable supply and distribution of WFI, clean steam and HVAC in the production facility and monitor and maintain all our utility systems. Utility support is a team of 13 highly engaged engineers and skilled workers, each handling daily operations, maintenance, requalification, quality issues and improvements. Working at Novo Nordisk
