About the role
As our Senior IAM Architect, you hold a vital role that encompasses a multitude of tasks, all centred around our SailPoint IIQ platform providing impactful decisions and solid architectural solutions. You will take charge of the backlog and roadmap as the product owner and solution architect for our Sailpoint platform, driving the continuous development.
Your goal is to have a comprehensive understanding of all development activities, ensuring the IAM platform operates seamlessly as one cohesive solution, while also translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
The Sailpoint platform is a global solution, and you will work closely with key stakeholders from many parts of the organisation, to ensure that the platform stays relevant and meets demands.
Which competencies to bring?
As an ideal candidate, you should tick the following boxes: You hold a master’s degree in IT Software Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar related fields. You have a strong IT Architect or Engineering background with at least 5-10 years of experience of technologies used in the IAM space, with exposure to IAM solutions preferable SailPoint both on-premises and cloud, MS AD and Azure AD knowledge. Experience working with the Agile framework SAFe, or other agile methods Demonstrated ability to strategize and roll out intricate technological solutions along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to think ahead and set strategic direction and can turn strategic priorities into tangible direction for the product teams As a person, you are energised by taking responsibility, not only for the IAM platform but also for ensuring cross organisational alignment and communication on different levels. You are also proactive and curious, visionary and want to take the lead in ensuring we deliver a future proof and solid IT architecture to our stakeholders.
Department overview
You will become a part of the Cross DD&IT Technologies department located in Bagsværd and Ballerup, Denmark. We are responsible for a range of enterprise solutions from Global Integrations, ServiceNow, M365 SharePoint and SailPoint.
The department consist of highly motivated and engaged team members like Senior Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Master and internal and external developers all working agile with the scrum methodology. Joining Digital Data & IT at this stage presents a unique opportunity to drive critical technology decisions within the IAM domain that will shape the future of the organization, making us able to support the growth of Novo Nordisk.
