Let’s talk about the role As our new Senior End-point Management Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring a stable global end-point management set-up, as well as drive and implement approved projects. We have the global responsibility for ensuring a high-end user experience with end-user devices, primarily laptops and desktops, and it is within our utmost importance to ensure a simple solution with high performance for all Novo Nordisk employees. You will be working on ensuring that configuration, updates, and security are working according to our policies and standards together with our vendor. You will also be assisting with high-level troubleshooting and drive the resolution of any performance issues that may affect the end-user experience. Main job tasks: • Collaborating – and contributing – on developing end-point management roadmaps as well as handling document and report activities and incidents
• Monitoring, analysing, evaluating device performance and provide technical input for performance optimization.
• Implementing appropriate solutions, such as optimization, repair, upgrade, replacement, or training and ensuring end-user devices meet expectations and communicate actions/results to stakeholders
• Updating and deciding on new hardware upgrades (new models) and ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk needs
• Ensuring that relevant architectural documentation is available and updated
• Staying ahead of future trends, asses new technologies and its infrastructure opportunities and evaluate the feasibility of concepts and services from vendors
• Overseeing the service deliveries from vendors on the contractual services being provided and ensuring high collaboration with vendors

The skills we hope to see The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field along with 3-5 years of proven experience in end-point management and troubleshooting, preferably in a large and complex environment
• Strong technical knowledge of end-user devices, operating systems, network protocols, and security standards
• Relevant certifications within device management (ie. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar),
• Knowledge and experience of platforms/services: SCCM, Autopilot, Intune, Entra ID
• Experience in resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, and other peripherals
• Knowledgeable in best practices and standards for end-user device management, such as device configuration, deployment, updates, backup, recovery, and security
• Fluent written and spoken English The ideal candidate for this position should have a quality mindset, great communication and analytical skills, as well as be open to feedback and able to work independently while paying attention to deadlines. You should also have a solution-oriented and curious mindset and be able to present ideas effectively, demonstrating a good understanding of customer service management, as well as the technical aspects of our services. Moreover, you should possess a high level of integrity and strong negotiation skills.
