Equipment Responsible Do you want to have the technical responsibility for equipment in a large support department? Do you have technical flair and wish to be part of a team that works to ensure that the equipment performs and delivers high quality products to our patients? If yes, you may be our new colleague. About the department In Biotech and Rare Diseases Finished Products in Gentofte, we ensure the filling of NovoSeven®, haemophilia preparations, Glucagon® and other Biotech and rare disease products. In our growing filling factory, the Technical Support team, that you may be joining, is responsible for manufacturing equipment and the procedures related to it. Our department’s most important goal is to ensure a stable and efficient production while ensuring that quality is high and production targets are met, through preventive maintenance, improvements, and deviation handling thus minimising environmental footprint and enabling continuous production in a very complex setup. You will work alongside 9 competent and dedicated colleagues in a team with a great atmosphere. We appreciate an informal tone and a constructive mindset. We work together on our most important tasks: Maintaining the equipment ready for production on our production line, and we are great at sharing both challenges and victories. The job In this role you will be a key driver for ensuring that our production equipment meets our standards and needs, focusing on optimization and maintenance of their validated state. The role will handle equipment responsibility t o ensure that the equipment is ready for production within the pharmaceutical industry's requirements, you will be a part of the daily support with expert knowledge for handling incidents, change requests, deviations and cross organizational projects. In other words, you will play a key role in problem solving, document approval, and ensuring that the solutions are in line with industry standards. Qualifications
  • You hold a degree in engineering, natural science, pharmacy or similar.
  • Even though the ideal candidate should have some working experience in a technical support role from the pharmaceutical industry or from another regulated industry, we will consider any participant and will adjust the position to the expertise.
  • It will also be a plus if you have a technical mindset and have experience with validation.
  • Experience with GMP and LEAN methodologies is a clear advantage.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, to speak proficiently in Danish will be very valuable.
  • We are looking for a person who will thrive in a dynamic environment where two days are never similar, and the continuation of the production is the most important task. Therefore, flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes in circumstances are important. Moreover, your technical interest for equipment and installations is a given and the colleague we are looking for both have a very keen eye for quality as well as the ability to meet deadlines. Finally, you must be a good communicator and have an ability to work in collaboration with a broad range of different stakeholders on all levels of the organization.
