The position As a Strategic organizational readiness lead, you will work in close partnership with the P&O team, the Supply Chain (SC) transformation office, and key partners across the Global SC community to translate business strategies into concrete organizational initiatives. Key Responsibilities would include: With a focus on high business acumen and gaining a strong understanding of business strategy and priorities in the Global Supply Chain you will be key in proactively identifying and communicating organizational challenges and opportunities. You succeed by partnering with stakeholders on organizational design, roles and responsibilities, and governance. • Developing and implementing strategies to identify current and future workforce needs and enhance organizational capabilities. • Planning and executing organizational design changes that are in line with the transformation project objectives. • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with critical stakeholders throughout the global supply chain, using influential skills to drive results and facilitate change. Qualifications Bachelor's or master’s degree in Organisational Development, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience working with transformations within organizations or as a consultant Proven experience in strategic workforce planning including capabilities, roles and responsibilities, governance etc. Strong project management skills and experience leading organizational design activities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment About the department You will be part of a global supply chain organization, covering everything from production planning to strategic supply chain. With approx. 1,000 employees, we are a large and diverse team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our patients. As part of our global supply chain community, you will have the opportunity to work with talented professionals from around the globe, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive our organization forward. You will be part of a P&O team of 7 colleagues working with HR Business Partnering, Training, and communication. The P&O team supports both the Global Supply Chain Organisation, PSQIT Finance, and the Strategy & Sustainability area. The Supply Chain Transformation Office (TMO) is a newly established function under the global NN Supply Chain. The TMO has been put in place to drive several strategic workstreams across the full-end 2-end supply chain of NN ensuring a strong and impactful implementation in the line of business functions.
