The role As communication partner to the Global LMS Programme, you will join us on an ambitious journey that will significantly change the way we deliver learning management today. You will have a key role in driving the communication strategy and plan for a new and innovative LMS that will leverage digitalisation and ensure compliance with external requirements for learning management in a pharmaceutical company. Specifically, we a looking for an experienced communicator who will:
  • Be the communication lead and expert in the Global LMS programme
  • Ensure strong communication planning, and proactively contribute to stakeholder and change communication activities
  • Plan and drive communication initiatives to large stakeholder groups
  • Deliver a full range of communication services to the programme, e.g. content and visuals for stakeholder presentations, setting up SharePoint pages, writing and publishing news articles and Viva Engage posts
  • Review many kinds of communication materials, and advise projects within the programme on communication approach and activities
  • Leverage your anchoring in the P&O Communication team for collaboration with your communication colleagues and alignment of communication activities.
    • A key focus for the Global Communication Partner will be to ensure that all communication continuously amplifies the programme’s strong focus on the needs of the individual user and the needs of the business. Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience from an internal or project communication role
  • Strong planning skills, and proven experience within change communication
  • Good understanding of how to work with a complex internal stakeholder landscape with different organisational needs and priorities, and how to proactively identify and address communication needs
  • Competent within graphic and web design
  • Fluent and skilled writer in English
    • Your team You will report to the head of P&O Communication and be part of the team that drives the global communication initiatives from the EVP area Global P&O, that provides direction and support on communication, as well as ensures strategic alignment of communication activities within and from Global P&O. As Global Communication Partner to the LMS project, you will also be part of the core programme team, where you will be a strategic partner to the LMS Programme Director. Additionally, as a communicator in Novo Nordisk, you will be part of our Global Communication Network where we share best practices, gain expertise, connect with colleagues around the world, to stay updated and aligned to our global communication agenda.
