Are you a technical expert with a passion for product development and strong collaboration skills? Do you want play a key role in the direction of our PAS-X product roadmap, to drive efficiency across Novo Nordisk production? If so, you could be our new Product Architect! The position
The Product Architect will be responsible for having the technical product knowledge of PAS-X. The role will be a key part of the technical development for the product roadmap, ensuring that features meet the business and functional requirements.
The Product Architect is a specialist and contributes to all activities from technical concept definition to solution maintenance and operations. The Product Architect will collaborate and engage with the System Architect and other experts to ensure consistency within the MES CoE.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Technical expert who can advise and distribute product knowledge (level 3), focusing on product features
• Creates technical specifications for features going into product development of PAS-X
• Collaborates with System Architect and Product Owner to align and understand fit and standard approach for features, services or interfaces, including technical soundness and solution integrity
• Collaborate with supplier architects and other product architects to make sure interfaces and features are working and specified in enough technical detail to meet the product requirement.
• Support testing/qualification of new core features and changes to interfaces and application services
Qualifications
• MSC, MBA or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration)
• 3+ years experience with PAS-X, including technical experience with interfaces, configuration of recipes/MBRs and/or integration to production equipment, broad technical experience across all MES functionality areas
• 3+ years experience with GMP validation of IT systems in a regulated production environment
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of how MES systems meets business requirements
• Ability to bridge technical MES knowledge with local business process requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
On personal level, you have strong communication and leadership skills. You are able to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, build consensus, and manage stakeholder expectations. You have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and able to identify and analyze technical problems, evaluate potential solutions, and make data-driven decisions that align with the product/solution goals. You are innovative and creative transforming strategic and global concepts into concrete initiatives within the pharmaceutical production environment. You have very high degree of independence in order to look 5-10 years ahead of current business focus.
About the department
The department, MES Programme CoE is anchored in DD&IT Product Supply and is focused on implementing MES - a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), used across Novo Nordisk. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines are automated and optimised.
The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark and work hand-in-hand with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level. The team itself is very diverse both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles spanning from project managers, product owners, SCRUM masters, architects to hands-on MES analysts.
