The position
In this role, besides many interesting ad hoc activities, you will primarily be involved in different tasks such as: Building a visual, simple and smart annual planning tool for facilitation planning to ensure optimal use of our facilitators’ time Being responsible for keeping the facilitation planning up to date Being part of the day-to-day facilitation support activities. Communicating to the facilitators as well as worldwide stakeholders Driving the digitalisation of facilitation processes in collaboration with Senior Business Development Manager Optimising and simplifying our processes Additionally, you will work together and coordinate activities with planners in Quality Audits and Group Internal Audits.
Qualifications
You hold minimum a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project management or a related field. Other success criteria are: Dedicated and proactive mindset with an interest in data management Digital mindset and preferable experience with software Alteryx and Tableau Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in supply chain planning, project planning or project management Ability to work independently in a challenging environment, keeping the overview in a changing world and have an eye for process improvements You should be fully proficient in written and spoken English.
