At Novo Nordisk’s production site in Bagsværd we produce marketed products and products for clinical trials. In 2024 we create a new department called Production Support responsible for keeping our facilities and supply systems effective and up-to-date. The new department will also be responsible for implementation of Asset Management methodology across the site. To spearhead the new department, we are looking for a new Senior Manager responsible for three teams all lead by a team leader in your direct reference:
  • Facility/Utility Projects
  • Facility/Utility Operations
  • Asset Management
    • You will report to our Senior Director for EM & Production Support and his management team together with 5 other leaders. Key deliveries Your key responsibilities will include
  • Set the direction for the new area, facilitate team integration and drive changes needed
  • Ensure high level of engagement, an organizational healthy organisation and competent staff
  • Stable delivery of high quality support to line of business in a very regulated production environment
  • Providing clear direction and build you team's ability to effectively translate business priorities into operational plans
  • Drive and role model a lean mindset
    • Qualifications You hold an academic degree in engineering, natural science or similar. Experience as a proven leader of technical areas such as maintenance of equipment, production or the like is considered an advantage. And you have experience from a similar position in a high paced production environment (not necessarily the pharma industry). Your key leadership strengths include:
