As our new Student Assistant, you will join a young and ambitious team consisting of 3 Finance Partners, working alongside a team of 5 Procurement Specialists. You will work closely with Finance Partners, and colleagues located in India and support many local stakeholders with diverse financial planning-related tasks.
Your responsibilities are included, but are not limited to: Driving automation and further improvement of financial planning and reporting processes Supporting the preparation of financial reports and presentations for Senior Management such as monthly and quarterly management reporting, budget documents, and memos on strategic topics Doing ad-hoc tasks including providing support to financial modelling, driving financial insights, and answering questions from key stakeholders The position is planned for 15-20 hours/week and will be flexible around exam schedules. You will have the chance to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while gaining industry experience and building an invaluable network of talented colleagues throughout the organisation.
Qualifications You are a Student who is currently studying at the beginning of your Master’s degree or the end of your Bachelor's with a primary focus on Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related education. Ideally, you have at least 2 years of studying left. To succeed in this role, you have: Proficiency in spoken and written English Curiosity and the ability to handle different priorities at the same time Strong motivation for financial planning, process optimization, and stakeholder management It is important that you demonstrate a passion for working in Novo Nordisk and driving change for patients with chronic diseases. Our factory ‘Injectable Finished Products (IFP)’ in Hillerød, also called ‘Factory of the Future’, is an ambitious and business-critical area in the entire IFP production network, with approx. 1400 employees.
